  • to generate Smart Receipts and display those in Bank partners mobile application
  • to generate Smart Receipts and deliver those via SMS (Smart Receipts delivered via SMS are hosted on our Site and a unique link to access them is sent to you via SMS)
  • to perform internal analysis, helping us improve and develop our services
  • to provide Merchant and Bank partners with analytics products and insights using anonymised data
  • to conduct general administration of the business (including preparing partners’ invoices, accounting, finance, answering enquiries from partners and their customers)
  • to monitor and conduct activities related to the security of our informatic systems and services
  • to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations and exercise our legal rights
  • to provide any additional services you have consented to (including additional Smart Receipt integrations with third-party services such as expense and financial management tools).
  • Website data is used to answer enquiries and feedback submitted via our Sites
  • to perform internal analysis, helping us improve and develop our Sites and services
  • to monitor and conduct activities related to the security of our systems and services
  • to communicate with you about maintaining and updating your contact information where appropriate.

  • Bank partners for the purpose of surfacing the Smart Receipts inside their mobile application
  • third-parties you have consented to share information with (including third-parties who provide services integrated with Smart Receipts such as expense and finance management tools)
  • Merchants that you shop with to access Smart Receipts issued on their behalf and de-identified demographic information about customers who transacted with them
  • accountants, auditors, lawyers and other professional advisors we engage who require access to information
  • government agencies, regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies, or other similar entities, where required under or authorised by law
  • third-party service providers to whom we may outsource certain organisational functions
  • third-party acquirer(s) in the event that we sell or transfer all or any relevant portion of our business or assets.

If you choose to link your account with us to a third party account (such as your Google or Facebook account), we use the information you allowed us to collect from those third parties to facilitate account creation and logon process. To send you marketing and promotional communications with your Consent.

We may, with your consent, use the information we have collected about you to contact you from time to time by email to tell you about new products or services that we believe may be of interest to you, to send you newsletters and to conduct surveys.

You can withdraw your consent to receiving direct marketing communications from us at any time by unsubscribing from the mailing list by clicking on the link in the marketing communication or contacting us using the details set out below.

Smart Receipts that are delivered by SMS to you may also include Merchants' offers or promotions. These promotions are those of our Merchant partners, and do not relate to Esaal solutions's products or services. However, you can unsubscribe from receiving future promotions via Smart Receipts by clicking on the link at the bottom of the Smart Receipt.

We and/or our third party marketing partners may use the personal information you send to us for our marketing purposes, if this is in accordance with your marketing preferences. You can opt-out of our marketing emails at any time (see the "WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS" below).

To send administrative information to you for Business Purposes, Legal Reasons and/or possibly for Contractual.

We may use our personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions and policies.

Fulfill and manage your orders for Contractual reasons.

We may use your information to fulfill and manage your orders, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Apps.

To post testimonials with your Consent.

We post testimonials on our Apps that may contain personal information. Prior to posting a testimonial, we will obtain your consent to use your name and testimonial. Offer Wall.

Our Apps may display a third-party hosted “offer wall." Such an offer wall allows third-party advertisers to offer virtual currency, gifts, or other items to users in return for acceptance and completion of an advertisement offer. Such an offer wall may appear in our mobile application and be displayed to you based on certain data, such as your geographic area or demographic information. When you click on an offer wall, you will leave our mobile application. A unique identifier, such as your user ID, will be shared with the offer wall provider in order to prevent fraud and properly credit your account.

Our Apps offer you the ability to register and login using your third party social media account details (like your Facebook or Twitter logins).
